Oprah's Unfried Chicken
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
1 tbl. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1/8 tsp. Cayenne
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Oregano
4 lb Chicken pieces; skinned
1 cup Non-fat plain yogurt
Preheat oven to 350.
Put all dry ingredients in a bag and shake to mix.
Dip chicken pieces in yogurt then shake in bag.
Put pieces on a baking pan.
Spray with a little Pam.
Bake for 1 hour, turning pieces to brown all sides.
