Chicken Paprikash

butter flavored non stick spray
4 skinless, boneless chcken breasts (1 lbs)
3/4 fat free chicken broth or homemade stock
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces wide noodles
2 T paprika Hungarian
1 large onion diced
3/4 cup sour cream

Coat a non stick skillet with spray and when the pan is hot add the chicken. Cook til it is brown on all sides. Transfer chicken to pressure cooker an add broth, garlic, onions, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

Place the lid on the cooker, lock it into position and lace the pressure cooker regulator on vent pipe if you are using a first generation cooker.

Over medium high heat, bring cooker up to pressure. Then lower the heat, adjusting it as necessary to maintain pressure (regulator should rock gently) and cook the mixture for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cook noodles.

Let pressure drop naturally for 4 more minutes then quick release any remainig pressure (run under cold water if you are using the first generation cooker). Carefully remove the Pressure regulator and the lid.

Transfer chicken to a platter reserving liquid.

Stir sour cream into mixture and gently reheat. (Sour cream will drop the temp., don't boil.)

Drain noodles, top them with chicken and sauce.
