Potluck Chicken Casserole
8 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Ritz butter flavored crackers (about 25)
2 T. butter, melted
1 t. celery seed
Fresh parsley and sweet red pepper rings for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix crumbs, butter and celery seed; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with the parsley and red pepper if desired.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
