Chicken Whatever Ya Wanna Call It

Serves 2 but you may multiply to suit your family.
4 skinless chicken thighs
2 large potatoes scrubbed well and cut into chunks
2 large carrots peeled and cut into large chunks
1 large onion peeled and cut into large chunks
1 cup green beans (May use fresh, frozen or canned)
1 cup corn (Fresh, frozen or canned)
3/4 to 1 cup water
1 teaspoon Better Than Boullion Chicken Base
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Or you may use any seasoning blends that you like.
Fresh mushrooms, if desired
Season chicken and brown with the onion in an ovenproof skillet.
Add vegetables, water and Better Than Boullion. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.
Now you can then transfer it to a 350 degree oven to finish cooking or let simmer stovetop.
