posted by Debbie 07-16-98 4:44 AM Chicken in Lemon Sauce 6 chicken breast, skinned, boned, halved 1/2 c butter 2 tsp sherry 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp lemon grind rind 1 c heavy cream parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste Saute chicken in butter until light brown. Salt and pepper chicken. Place in baking dish. Add sherry, lemon rind and juice to butter. Cook and stir for a few minutes. Stirring constantly, slowly add cream to sauce. Remove from heat and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
