Fried Turkey

1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey, completely thawed
1 (small) bottle Italian salad dressing, strained
2 Tablespoons garlic juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper (black pepper can be substituted)
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 gallons PEANUT OIL (Other oils will burn too easily)

Mix everything together except the turkey and peanut oil. Using a basting
needle, inject the liquid into all the fleshy parts of the turkey.

Heat oil to 350. Fry the turkey for 50 minutes in oil that remains near
or just under 300. Turn the turkey several times to keep from burning.

Note: Peanut oil can be used several times. Just strain it and use again.
