Marinated Cornish Hen
1 Cornish hen, cut in half
1/3 c. lemon juice or reconstituted juice
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 pkg. dry Italian dressing
Mix juice, oil and dry dressing. Pour over hen halves in baking dish. Turn a few times. Marinate 3 hours or overnight. Grill, bake or broil until done.
Variation: Use cut-up chicken instead of Cornish hen.
