CathyS posted 4-25-98 Garlic Chicken (not for the faint-hearted!) 1 chicken, cup into pieces, skin removed 1-2 cups each: vinegar, water, soy sauce 1 whole bulb garlic, cloves peeled and crushed (yes, a whole bulb, some even add more!) Make sure there is enough vinegar/water/soy sauce mix to cover the chicken, and any extra can be frozen and used again. Place all ingred. in large pot and simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken cooked. Serve over rice.
