4 chicken breast halves
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 (l6oz) can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1-1/4 cups bottled Thousand Island Salad Dressing
1 T chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place the chicken in a greased 9xl3 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange the sauerkraut over the chicken and top with the Swiss cheese. Pour the dressing evenly over the cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for l-l/2 hours or until tender.
Remove foil and turn up broiler to brown cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
