Fruited Chicken Salad

4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 (15oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 T. prepared mustard
1 (5oz.) can or pkg. chow mein noodles
lettuce leaves


In large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, greem pepper, and onion. Blend mayo or salad dressing and mustard; toss gently with chicken mixture.

Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving mix in chow mein noodles. Put salad on lettuce lined serving bowl. Serves 8.
