Tangy Chicken

4 limes
1 whole chicken
1/4 c. cooking oil
basil, oregano, salt and
pepper
potatoes
carrots
broccoli, mushrooms or any other vegetable you may like


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Squeeze juice from 4 limes. Add oil and seasoning; mix well.

Pour over chicken and inside cavity and marinate for one hour (this should be done in baking dish).

After one hour, place in 350 degrees oven.

Precook vegetables and 20 minutes before chicken is cooked, place vegetables around chicken and let them cook in the juices.
