Turkey Meatballs and Gravy
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 lbs raw ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c water
1 envelope turkey gravy mix
1/2 tsp thyme
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion and turkey; mix well and shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown in a 400° oven or in skillet with oil.
Tranfer to crockpot.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes or cooked noodles
