Simple Turkey Curry
1-2 apples, peedled and chopped
1 onion, sliced very thin
1 to 2 tbl. curry powder, to taste
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 to 2 cups cooked turkey (or chicken)
Saute apple and onion in butter till tender and onion is translucent. Add 1-2 tbls. curry powder (to taste preference). Saute slightly.
Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted Mix well and add 1-2 cups leftover cooked turkey or chicken. If too thick, add just a bit of water. Simmer till heated through. Serve over rice.
