Spinach-Rice Casserole
1 (six ounce) box long grain and wild rice cooked as directed.
2 (ten ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese grated
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients.
Put into a greased 2 quart casserole.
Back about 40 minutes until hot.
