Chicken Salad 
8 + Cooked Chicken Breasts (shredded) 
3 to 4 stalks chopped Celery 
1/3 cup chopped very fine onion 
1 cup toasted almonds 
Seedless green grapes - washed and halved 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
Mayonnaise (it takes about a whole jar) 
Bind the whole thing together with mayonnaise--just enough to hold it.
