Persimmon Salad
2 ripe Fuyu persimmons
2 navel oranges
2 grapefruits
1/2 ripe avocado
low fat poppy seed salad dressing
Peel and slice the persimmons. Peel oranges and grapefruits, break into sections and remove any excess pith. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Peel avocado and slice. Arrange all pieces of fruit on a serving platter and drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
Serves 4.
