Peach Dipping Sauce
1 (16 oz.) jar peach preserves
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbls. lemon juice
In a blender, combine peach preserves, Dijon mustard and lemon juice; blend until smooth.

Cranberry Orange Dipping Sauce
1/2 c fresh orange juice
1 t cornstarch
16 oz cranberry sauce
1 t brown sugar
1 t ground cinnamon
Combine orange juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and place over a medium flame heat and stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Serve hot, warm, chilled, or at room temperature, with chicken fingers or jalapeno poppers.

Zatarain's Sweet Creole Dipping Sauce
16 oz Orange marmalade
6 Tbsp Zatarain's Creole Mustard
4 Tbsp Zatarain's Horseradish
Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate. Serve as dipping sauce for any fried chicken or seafood. This is also excellent with oriental foods.

Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Tiger Sauce
Combine all ingredients. Chill. Use for dipping shrimp, pork, chicken, or serve on hamburgers or meatloaf.
