Spooning Sauce (For Crabmeat Cakes)
1 c. yogurt
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced celery
1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill pickle relish
2 tsp. drained capers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper
to taste
In small bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve 1/4 cup of the sauce with each serving of crab cakes. Makes 4 servings.
