Vegetable Sauce
Source: Martin Yan "Journey Through China"
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs. oyster sauce
1 Tbs. rice wine or sherry
2 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbs. water.
Combine broth, oyster sauce and rice wine in a small saucepan; bring to
boil.
Add cornstarch and cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens.
