Stuffed Artichoke Cups
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke bottoms, drained
6 tbl. whipped cream cheese
2 tbl. sour cream
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Dash of hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 tbl. fresh basil, chopped fine or 1 tsp. dried
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, basil and hot sauce.
Spread about a teaspoon or so into "cup" of artichoke bottom.
Place in a baking dish, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Add cheese to each "cup" of artichoke.
Bake, uncovered, until cheese melts, about 15 min.
