Oven Carrots
5 carrots, washed and cut into 1 inch chunks 
1 small onion, chopped 
1/4 cup chopped parsley 
1 tsp. sugar 
1 tsp. salt 
1/8 tsp. pepper 
1/2 cup water 
Preheat the oven to 350° F. 
Mix all the ingredients together and put in a 1 quart casserole.  
 
Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until tender. 
Keep warm until serving time. 
Makes about 6 servings, 40 calories each.
