Corn Pudding
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
6 large eggs
2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
6 cups frozen corn
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Beat eggs with a fork. Stir in whipping cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture stirring until smooth. Stir in corn.
Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. or until mixture is set. Let stand 5 min.
