  Foiled Potatoes
Large baking potatoes (1 per person)
  Onions
  Butter
  Salt
Heavy duty foil - 12" wide
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Scrub the potatoes and slice into thirds. Put potato on square of tin foil (about 12 inches long - as wide as foil comes). Put a 1/4" thick slice of onion and a pat of butter in between each slice. Sprinkle with salt and roll kitty-cornered, twist ends and fold back.
Place on foiled-lined cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until done.
Put individual foiled potatoes in a bowl and let guests unwrap their own.
