Parmesan Green Beans with Croutons
3/4 cup small bread cubes
3 tbsps. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 teas. onion, minced
salt to taste
1 can green beans, or frozen pkg.
2 to 3 tbsps. Parmesan cheese
Saute bread cubes in 2 tbsps. oil until brown. Blend remaining oil with vinegar, onion and salt. Add beans to bread cubes and cover with vinegar mixture. Heat, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
