1 1/3 cup low-fat Italian dressing
8 oz. box fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/2 lb. fresh mini carrots, cut in half
1/2 lb. fresh celery sticks, cut in half
1 (2.5 oz.) can ripe olives, drained, sliced
Combine all ingredients. Stir to coat. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
