Stuffed Mushrooms
4 TBS softened butter
1/2 Cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 finely chopped pecans
finely chopped mushroom stems
1/4 tsp thyme
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
Mix together all the above and mound into large mushrooms. Pour 1/2 C heavy cream (I used non-fat half&half) over and around the mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, basting a couple of times with the cream. This makes enough filling for about a dozen large mushrooms.
