Potato Croquettes
potatoes
1 tbl. flour for each potato
flour for coating
beaten egg
seasoned bread crumbs
oil
Heat oil for frying.
Boil potatoes, peel and mash finely.
Add flour and mix in.
Shape into croquettes either round or oblong shape.
Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
Fry in oil till golden on all sides and serve.
