Spinach Casserole

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach. Combine spinach with soup, sour cream, and cheese. Mix well.

Spread in PAM coated 8x8 baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 25- 30 minutes.
