Ho Bak Na Mul(Zucchini)
1 lb. zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 clove, finely crushed
1 sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Sprinkle with the salt and let stand for 5 minutes.
Rinse and drain well.
Mix with the seasoning ingredients, then stir fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
