RING OF BLACK BOTTOM CAKE

In small bowl, beat and set aside: In larger bowl, mix: 1. Pour half of the batter into a 10" greased tube pan.

2. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly in the middle of the batter.

3. Top with remaining batter.

4. Bake at 350F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours
