Artichoke Stuffed Round Bread

1 bunch of green onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4lb butter
1 (8oz) cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1 (16oz) sour cream
1 (12oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (15oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 large round loaf brown bread, unsliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion wilt.

Add cream cheese and remaing ingredients to onion mixture and mix well.

Remove top from bread and scoop out center.

Pour mixture into the bread and replace top.

Wrap heavy duty foil, twice and bake for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
