1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese -- softened
1 (8oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 cup beer
Beat cheeses at med. speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add garlic and next 3 ingred.; beat well.
Gradually add beer, beating until well blended. Chill 1 hr.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers. Yield:2-1/2 cups
