Bread: Caesar Artichoke Swirls

Caesar Artichoke Swirls

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup creamy style Caesar dressing, or light mayonnaise
2 Tbl. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 slices of multigrain bread


Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Trim crusts off bread. Spread 2 Tbl. filling over each slice. Roll up tightly and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight. Cut into slices. Each roll makes 6 rounds.
