1 purchased or homemade foccacia
2 tbl salad dressing, you choice
1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese blend (cheddar/mozzarella)
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup each chopped red and green bell peppers
2 tbl. chopped fresh basil
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spread salad dressing, then 1/2 cup of cheese over a foccacia or Boboli-type bread.
Top with along with tomatoes and peppers.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
Remove from oven and sprinkle basil on top.
Makes 24 servings
