Bread: Pepperoni Bread

Pepperoni Bread

1 loaf of frozen bread dough
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/2 lb provolone cheese

Thaw dough and let rise.

Roll out to about 15 x 10.

Place pepperoni and provolone cheese down center of dough.

Fold dough over and press together tightly.

Place dough seam side down on a greased pan.

Let rise for about 1/2 hour.

Bake in preheated oven according to directions on package of frozen bread dough.

This is good straight out of oven or at room temperature.
