Plum Tomato and Pesto Bread

1 loaf Italian bread
5 ounces basil pesto sauce
6 plum tomato sliced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Cut bread in half lengthwise. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and spread each half with pesto sauce, top with tomato slices and olives. Sprinkle on cheeses. Bake 8-10 more minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into slices and serve warm.
