Canapes: Crab Canapes

Crab Canapes

7 1/2 oz. can of crab meat
6 Tbl. softened butter
6 English muffins
5 oz. jar of old English cheese
2 Tbl. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
dash of Tabasco


Mix all ingredients. Split muffins and spread with mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for about 10 minutes. Remove, and cut each half into 6 pieces. Wrap well and keep in freezer until ready to prepare and serve. Broil 5 minutes or until bubbly.
