Carmelized Apple Brie
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 round brie
1 red apple(chopped or sliced)
Have brie at room temperature. Melt butter in non-stick pan, add sugar
and chopped apple. Saute until apples are brown (about 12 minutes).
Stir often. Cool just a little and put on top of brie. Serve with crackers
