Cheese Ball: Indiana Cheese Ball

Indiana Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (3/4 c.)
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans (toasted, if you like)*
crackers

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Beat til well combined. Cover and chill mixture 3-4 hrs. Shape mixture into ball or log. Roll in pecans to coat. Store, covered, in fridge.

* To toatst pecans, spread nuts evenly in shallow baking pan and bake in 350 for 5-10 minutes till light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
