Pecan Rolled Cheese Ball
1 8oz cream cheese softened
1 small packages chopped pecan pieces
1/2 cup + brown sugar
Mix softened cream cheese with brown sugar mixing in thoroughly.
Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers.
