CHEESE BALL
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese (2 1/2 c. grated)
3 ounces Blue cheese (or less, if desired)
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
Chopped Nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients until smooth (except nuts).
Using well greased hands, shape into a ball and roll in the nuts
