Ranch Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup grated cheese (colby, cheddar or co-jack)
crumbled bacon pieces to coat (not imitation)
Mix together and form into a ball. Roll in bacon pieces. Chill and serve with crackers
