Blueberry Brie
Can also make this with Raspberry Sauce or Sundried Tomatoes instead of Blueberry pie filling. Will also cook in the microwave in about 3 minutes. Serve with warm French baguette slices.
Makes 8 cups (64 servings).
2 pounds Brie cheese
1 (16 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place Brie cheese in a medium baking dish. Slather with blueberry pie filling. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and melted.
