Cheesy Olive Canapes
2 c sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c butter soft
1 c sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
48 stuffed olives, smallest variety
Blend cheese with butter, Stir in flour, salt, and paprika, mixing well.
Wrap 1 tsp of this mixture around each olive, covering completely. Arrange on baking sheet or flat pan and freeze until firm. Place in 2 or 3 plastic bags and return to freezer.
When ready to use bake 15 min at 400 degrees they will spread some.
