Cheese Ball: Chili Cheese Balls

Chili Cheese Balls

3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. grated Fontina cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. chili powder, divided

Combine Monterey Jack cheese, Fontina cheese, cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder with 2 teaspoons chili powder and shape into bite-size balls.

Sprinkle remaining chili powder in large bowl. Add cheese balls and toss gently to coat.

Chill.

Delicious with dried figs and apricots and chilled white wine.

Makes 3 1/2 to 4 Dozen.
