Cream Cheese Appetizer
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small jar mushrooms (pieces)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
2 egg yolks
Saute drained mushrooms in butter and garlic. Remove garlic. Mash cheese with egg yolks. Mix mushroom mixture with cheese and egg yolks.
Toast 7 slices of bread on one side (under broiler) until golden brown. Cut in squares.
Spread cheese mixture on untoasted side. Broil until golden brown.
