Cheese: Emerald Cheese Dreams

1 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup sweet butter at room temperature
1/4 cup creme' de menthe
1/2 cup shelled pistachios chopped

Blend the cheese and butter well. Blend in the creme de menthe until smooth.

Chill well in refrigerator. Roll mixture into tiny balls and roll into the chopped pistachioes.

Place in the tiny colored paper candy cups and chill well. Servings depend on how large the balls are.
