Cheese: Garlic Baked Brie

Garlic Baked Brie

1 teaspoon butter
1 - 4 oz. wheel of brie
3 cloves of garlic, crushed (I use dried)
almonds
Optional: French Bread Toasted Slices

Preheat oven to 350F.

Put the butter on top of the brie, sprinkle with the garlic, and cover with sliced almonds.

We slice french bread really thin, butter one side and sprinkle with a little garlic salt.

Place on sheet of foil in oven. Toast bread for 15 minutes.

Put brie in oven for 15 minutes along with the toast.

One thing if you've not made brie before, leave the rind on it and it is editable.
