Grilled Camembert
1 whole camembert cheese (do not remove rind)
Butter, softened
Dijon mustard
Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to broil.
Based on the size of cheese you select, combine equal amounts of butter and Dijon mustard and spread a thin layer of mixture over top of cheese.
Press chopped walnuts or pecans into butter.
Just before serving, place under hot grill (broiler) until top starts to bubble and brown.
Serve with toasted slices of French bread.
