Hilltop's Italian Torte
4 (8 oz) Philly Cream Cheese
2 tbls minced garlic
1 small jar pesto
1 small jar roasted peppers, well drained
Let the cheese come to room temp and combine with the garlic.
In a bowl lined with Saran Wrap spread about 1/3 of the mixture. Spread in the pesto, add another layer of cheese. Spread in the roasted peppers, add another layer of cheese. Refrigerate over night. This is pretty on top of a tray of rosemary. You might also press walnuts onto the outside.
Note: the proportions are not exact, it doesn’t matter, you can’t goof it up.
